Pengaruh Shift Work, Work Overload, dan Work Life Balance terhadap Job Performance dengan Time Management

Latar Belakang : Indonesia merupakan negara kaya akan Sumber Daya Alam (SDA) dan Manusia (SDM). Perkembangan pada segala bidang tujuan sasaran pemerintah Republik Indonesia. Sejalan dengan pembagunan bidang, salah satu hal potensial yang patut mendapatkan penanganan sungguh-sungguh adalah sektor pariwisata. Berdasarkan UU RI No. 10 Tahun 2009 tentang kepariwisataan, pariwisata berbagai macam kegiatan atau aktivitas wisata didukung fasilitas serta layanan disediakan oleh masyarakat, pengusaha, daerah.
 Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Shift Work, Work Overload, Life Balance terhadap Job Performance Time Management sebagai variabel moderator hotel di Jawa Barat.
 Metode memiliki populasi terbatas yaitu karyawan operasional Barat. Sampel berjumlah 50 orang metode sampel jenuh. menggunakan kuantitatif alat analisis data SmartPLS 4.0.
 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat negatif signifikan dari Performance. Terdapat positif Sedangkan tidak antara Overload secara parsial. efek moderasi kuat memperlemah Tidak terbukti memoderasi Performance.
 Kesimpulan: hasil pembahasan dapat disimpulkan work berpengaruh job performance Karyawan Hotel ABC Artinya, jika shift mengalami peningkatan tingkat, maka sebaliknya penurunan tingkat. menurunnya karena fenomena ketidakteraturan pola tidur mengakibatakan kelelahan.
